Love shopping here. Bought a few items from here and they have great prices. Love to talk to the staff too, they are always positive and very helpful.

Every staff member is knowledgeable and professional. Loved the experience. I left with three guns today.

Really of the best iconic gun shops in our area, really fortunate to have them ...also one of the best selections of guns safes in the Panhandle. Great people that care.

One of the best places friendly good atmosphere very nice people working there will return

Best in the business good quality great knife selection also ! A++

Great staff… friendly and knowledgeable. Very good selection of pistols, rifles, and accessories. They don’t try to upsell you, just present options and let you decide. Expensive isn’t always better. I’ve been going there for fifteen years and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff, will definitely come back.

Very helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff

Great selection of new guns and really good prices. I’m buying from Jimmy's period.

I have been dealing with Jimmy's since the 1970s. I have never had any problems whatsoever, The staff is always very helpful and courteous.

YEP 🇺🇲

Great store. Bought several firearms from them. Their staff is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices are competitive, and they tend to carry more than just typical inventory items.

Jimmy’s is a great shop with good selection. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Not the typical gun shop know it all’s, highly recommend.

Since my first visit in 1988 as a young airman ... I lost track of how many enjoyable visits and transactions to include my first AR purchase... Also, my sons first gun was obtained here (a new family tradition). To this day I refer folks from far away to come see... A true landmark of FWB. Roy , Amy and Mike are family... THANK YOU JOE HAJIK II

One of the best experiences I've had! Bought a new Franklin 50 gun safe. From start to finish, everyone in the shop being super friendly and helpful, all the way to the guys delivering! Very professional and answered all my questions! They didn't hesitate at all to accommodate exactly where we wanted the safe! Highly recommended and will most definitely be back! And we even met the owner Roy who was exceptionally pleasant! Thanks to everyone at the shop!

Excellent experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer blue label Glocks with great discounts. Good stock on ammunition.

The negative reviews really are B.S. I've bought from here twice now and had the smoothest experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was waiting on a background check to process, and was having conversations with the staff. Very down to earth people. I also want to point out, I'm neither law enforcement or military.

Up front, fair and honest

Great inventory. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Very helpful staff and great selection of merchandise. Highly recommend!

I wave the B.S. flag on the negative reviews. I have shopped and bought many items there over the past 15-20 years, and ALWAYS had prompt and courteous service. I smell sabotage. I see am not and never have been law enforcement. Why would a long term business discourage customers? Shop at Jimmy's and see for yourself! Mike Hatfield

Professional knowledgeable friendly staffs great price

Real nice people at the store and great inventory! I would recommend stopping buy.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have what you want (or can't acquire it for you), they recommend suitable substitutes or try to help you by referring you to where you should try next.

Overall a decent store. They often have wide variety of items, starting from music instruments to all the way small firearms. However, often or not their prices are on the higher side. If you shop around you can find better prices either elsewhere in town or online.
